I make art films, can I advertise my work here?Sure, all artists are welcome.
We do have plans in the works for expanding into multiple artistic categories to include all forms of expression. Children's Art, Film, Animation, Music, Dance, Theater, and more are among the planned additions to our site. But we're not putting limits on ourselves, we open to expanding into even more categories and to going deeper in each category so that we can provide targeted pages for specific art forms and specialty interests.
When will you be making more pages available?We'll be opening up new pages when an existing page is 80% sold. Our current subscribers to the full page will get first chance at the new pages, to either buy more space or move their space to a page that is better targeted to what they do.
And don't worry that this practice will allow our current subscribers to buy up all of the space on the new pages before anyone new can get a chance.
All of the new pages that we open up will be restricted to specific art specialties, and the more pages we open up the more tightly defined those specialties will be. And only ads for artists that are doing work in that specialty will be allowed to buy space on those new pages, thereby opening up a lot of space for new artists.
How do I apply for a Pixel Grant on your site?When will you be putting spaces up for auction?We don't have a definite time for this yet, but we'll probably start the auctions after we have sold 10% (250 spaces) of a page. If you're interested in knowing exactly when spaces are put up for auction you can either watch our auctions page on eBay or subscribe to our mailing list and we'll keep you informed of when spaces go up for auction as well as all of the other significant news for the site.
